This hand crank Food Strainer & Sauce Maker is a great tool to have when canning tomato or apple sauce and processing your own fruits, vegetables and purees. Includes a recipe and instruction booklet. Since Vitantonio discontinued the Victorio Strainer, and Villaw discontinued their strainer #200, we brought this great strainer in from Norpro as a replacement. It is almost identical in its design.
